01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and no555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the no555 website, mobile interface and all related services available at no555.cam (collectively, the "Service").

no555 is an online betting and casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform operates under the operator's applicable international license. no555 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider.

Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, places significant restrictions on gambling activity. 03 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Service or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any supplementary rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued access to the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

04 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a business, agent or representative of another party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or from which the Operator explicitly excludes users.
• You are not an employee, director, officer or close family member of an employee of the Operator or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order that is currently active on any gambling platform.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification — to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

05 Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you must provide a valid email address, a strong and unique password, and any other information requested on the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. no555 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Notify the Platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible for platform communications.

The Platform is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on no555 are processed through the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier. Availability of specific payment methods — including mobile wallets and bank transfers familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change based on provider rules, regional restrictions and regulatory requirements. The mention of these payment services does not imply that they endorse, permit or support gambling transactions.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The funds are yours and have not been obtained through unlawful means.
• You are not using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A completed KYC verification must be on file before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the live cashier. These figures are stated in PKR where applicable.
• Bonus-linked balances must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Processing times are indicative and subject to payment provider timelines, KYC status and applicable AML review procedures. No specific processing time is guaranteed.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

no555 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP tier benefits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,50,000 in total wagers before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games often contribute less. Check the promotion terms for the specific contribution schedule.
• Bonus Abuse: The Platform employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and exploitation of system errors. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held simultaneously. Opting into a new promotion while an active bonus is in progress may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

08 Betting Rules & Disputes

All bets placed on no555 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, competition or casino game. In the event of any ambiguity, the Platform's published game and betting rules shall prevail.

Key provisions:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where in-play cash-out functionality is available and the User exercises it within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical error that results in the display of manifestly incorrect odds, prices or game outcomes, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This includes but is not limited to software faults, data feed errors and pricing anomalies.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, ICC tournament and Test match markets — are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body. Rain interruptions, match suspensions and rescheduled fixtures are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised through the Platform's official support channel within seven (7) calendar days of the event outcome. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
• The Platform's decision on disputed bets, made following reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on no555. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one Account, or using the name, identity documents or payment credentials of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any algorithmic system to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities or errors in odds display for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime as defined under applicable law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where the Operator has explicitly restricted access.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received the wagered funds' value through the Service.

The Platform cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected financial crime, fraud and any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Service.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no555 and its affiliated entities, officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Service.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure or any other reason.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, bonus details or educational content.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, including but not limited to processing delays, refused transactions or technical failures by those providers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. no555 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Responsible Gambling

no555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that allow Users to maintain control over their wagering activity at all times.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are restricted for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts to notify you when your playing session reaches a defined duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon processing.

12 Amendments & Contact

no555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the Operator's licensing conditions.
